Lavender House is a spacious fully air-conditioned home ideal for large groups or families. Located in the northwest of Kefalonia near Fiskardo, the property enjoys beautiful views over the Ionian Sea as well as glorious west coast sunsets and is just a 5 minute drive from two beaches, Alaties Beach and Agia Jerusalem, both have a taverna.

On the raised terrace is a large kidney shaped pool, BBQ with fridge and sink as well as plenty of room for sun-beds and umbrellas.  This is a lovely area to sunbathe, eat alfresco under the shaded pergola or watch the sun go down over the Ionian Sea.

Newly furnished and re-decorated throughout in neutral colours, this stylish house has a wonderful, airy open-plan living room, kitchen and dining space. Doors open out from the living area on to a shaded terrace. 

There is a well equipped kitchen and a dining table big enough to seat 10. Adjacent to the open plan area is a smaller, more intimate quiet space where you can relax, read a book or enjoy a snooze, and also has a sofa-bed. A useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also accessible.

The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom (shower over bath & W.C.). Doors lead out from the bedroom on to a terrace. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom that share a separate shower room with a W.C.  On the first floor is a double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, these bedrooms share a separate bathroom (with shower over) with a W.C. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
